About Product

Every luggage comes with a vegan leather luggage tag. It is packaged in a 100% recyclable cardboard box, inside which you will find your luggage covered in a reusable non-woven, water-resistant luggage cover that protects it against scuffs from transit, weather, and spills.

Our luggage tag is made of vegan leather, a synthetic material that mimics the look and feel of leather without using animal products. It is free of harmful chemicals like lead and cadmium, is durable and long-lasting, and is easy to care for.

Yes! Our Voyage Carry-on luggage nests inside the Voyage Check-In for easy storage.

We designed our luggage to be competitively lightweight for easy carrying without sacrificing durability.

Yes! Our Voyage Carry-on luggage is designed to meet standard airline requirements.

To clean the polycarbonate shell and interior lining, use a soft, damp cloth with warm water and mild dish soap. For stubborn scuff marks on the shell that water and soap can’t easily remove, use a Magic Eraser or generic melamine cleaning sponge.

About Shipping

Our Malaysia store only ships within Malaysia.

We charge a shipping fee of RM20 for all orders containing at least one piece of luggage within West Malaysia, and RM100 for orders within East Malaysia.

About Exchange & Returns

We are confident that our luggage will stand up to the toughest travel conditions (but if it doesn’t, we have a warranty for that). However, we understand that sometimes the best way to know is to try it out. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy, giving you time to ensure that your new luggage is the right travel companion for you.

We recommend testing your luggage with a similar weight to what you'll be traveling with in an indoor environment. This is the best way to ensure it's the right size, weight, and color for you. If it's not, no problem! You can initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your luggage.

We only ask that the luggage is unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for luggage that is in unsaleable condition. For more information about our Returns & Exchange policy, please read here.

About Warranty

All Thousand Miles luggage comes with a 10-year limited warranty extended to the original owner of the item. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect in the following parts of a suitcase: wheels, handles, telescopic handles, zippers, TSA combination locks, nylon compression straps, and polycarbonate shells. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at hello@thousandmilesco.com. You will need to present the original receipt of purchase.

If the warranty does not apply, Thousand Miles will provide an estimate for repairs, assist with filing a third-party claim, or help locate repair centers so customers can resume their travels.

For warranty repairs, Thousand Miles requires that customers use only Thousand Miles' recommended service centers. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void the warranty.

Please do not send your product directly to Thousand Miles offices or retail locations, as this will only delay the repair process. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with transporting the product to the service center, including packaging, shipping, and applicable taxes.
